Build your own package to make your day exactly how you want it. Choose one item from each of the first four options then four items from option five, don't forget any add on's you may wish to hire! Prices range from £4.49 - £6.99 per guest depending on numbers and venue location.

White Chair Covers

White fitted chair covers, a traditional favourite which have the ability to absolutely transform any venue.

Ivory Chair Covers

A subtle pale ivory fitted chair cover, most venues supply white table cloths and the subtle nature of this ivory covers means there isn't too much of a contrast.

Black fitted chair covers, perfect for those who want a break from the more traditional colours, also ideal for proms, corporate and themed events.

Organza Sashes

A subtle opaque fabric available in a massive range of colours, ties a beautiful bow and creates a stunning effect.

Taffeta Sashes

We have a limited range of colours in the taffeta range, these produce a superb bow due to the stiffer fabric.

Satin Sashes

The satin sashes come in a variety of colours and add a solid block of colour to really incorporate your colour scheme.

Hessian

A brown stiff sacking type material, ideal for those rustic themed events. The fabric is very thick so best tied in a Windsor knot style instead of a bow and this is how they are tied as standard

Lace Sashes

Our lace sashes offer a delicate finish and are available in white, ivory or navy.

Lace Hoods

Our lace hoods are truly stunning, these are only available in grey or ivory and look amazing when chosen with the artificial ivory roses in option 5.

Floral Organza Sashes

A really unusual floral organza sash, one of our favourites and we only have a maximum of 90 of these.

A large vintage style trunk, ideal for cards and smaller gifts.

Important Note: Please ensure this is left in the function room at the end of the night so we can collect the following morning!

White Wish Tree with Tags

An alternative to a guest book, we supply tags and crystal garlands, guests then write on the tags and place them on the tree for the happy couple to read later. Tree only, postbox a separate option.

Option 4

Choose One, we supply one table centrepiece per round table of 8 - 10 guests, the top table would usually have a "long and low" flower display or registrar flowers (an artificial version is available if required in Option 5 as part of your package) If more tables are required due to social distancing additional centrepieces are chargeable.

5ft White Blossom Trees

5ft White Blossom trees with a lace covered pot, adds a touch of rustic charm to your wedding.

60cm Silver Candelabras

Our 60cm candelabras add a certain elegance to any wedding, these are only available in silver and come with one set of candles, please note if having hanging lanterns or bunting you cannot have a naked flame underneath.

Fishbowls

Our fish bowls come complete with white gravel, pillar candle and midelino sticks to match your colour scheme. These look fab teamed up with the mirror plates available in option 5.

White Wish Tree

Our white wish tree's are 72cm's high and come complete with crystal garlands.

Balloon Clusters of Three

Ideal as fun table centrepieces available in a variety of colours or if you have your own centrepieces then you can have these and use them to decorate around the room instead.

Cream Lantern

The cream lanterns have a distressed finish and come complete with a battery operated candle.

Cream Birdcage

Cream birdcage supplied with pink artificial flowers - Maximum of 9 available

Glass Terrarium

Move with the geometric trend with this centrepiece, complete with battery pillar candle and moss - Maximum of 10 available. Team up with our log base in option 5 to complete the look.

Trio of Candles

This centrepiece comes complete with three battery candles, artificial roses and artificial gypsophelia. The log base is separate and can be selected from option 5.

Tea Lights

Glass tea light holders, 4 supplied per guest table. Available in clear, bright gold, champagne gold or silver

Cream Carpet

10 meters long and comes complete with ivory artificial rose petals. Please note: Not for outside use, no real confetti to be used.

Props for Ladder Stand

If you have chosen the ladder stand you can add these props as a separate option, usually consists of assorted artificial roses and foliage, fairy lights and "Mr & Mrs sign"

Top Table Swagging

Chiffon top table swagging in white, comes with bows to match your chair sashes. Navy and Dusky pink also available.

Artificial Rose Petals

Available in a variety of colours to match your colour scheme, these are supplied for all of the guest tables and top table.

Clear Scatter Crystals

These acrylic scatter crystals would be places on the top table and round guest tables.

Log Bases

Approx 30cm's in diameter these go bases can be teamed up with most of our centrepieces, these are rustic in nature and may vary in width and show natural splits from the drying process.

Mirror Plates

Perfect with our centrepieces such as candelabras or fishbowls, available in two sizes 30cm & 40cm.

Table Runners

Available in the same colour as your chair sashes, these fit the 5ft or 6ft round tables, if having runners on the top table there will be joins as we use two or three depending on length.

Pair of Bay Trees

These automatically come as a pair and that counts as one choice, the bay trees come complete with ivory artificial roses and white wooden pots

White Ladder Stand

Better picture coming soon! A four tier ladder stand supplied empty (props available as a separate choice), could be used for sweetie jars, pictures or a memory stand.

White Metal Easle

New picture coming soon! Adjustable to cater for various sized table plans, some hotels supply their own easel free of charge so its worth checking before ordering.

Artificial Ivory Roses

These are supplied for each of the chair backs and come in ivory only.

Cake Table Swagging

White cake table swagging with warm white fairy lights. Please nominated a person to switch these on before your wedding.

Humming Birds

Team these up with the candelabras or blossom trees, two per centrepiece supplied. Please note we do require these back at the end of the event!

Champagne Bottle Bubbles

A bit of fun and a nice ice breaker, mini bottles filled with bubble solution and we supply four per guest table (this is plenty)

Registrar/Top Table Flowers in shades of Ivory

An artificial display of flowers for your registrar table or top table if your hotel package doesn't supply them. Only available as shown in the picture, we unfortunately don't offer custom displays.

Floral Ring

Stunning quality artificial white florals and foliage, freestanding, complements any wedding perfectly. Notes: one sided display, indoors only and cannot be moved once set up. Hire for £99 and add matching table display for £25

White Starlight Backdrop

Our starlight backdrop with warm white lights maximum dimensions are 6 meters wide x 3 meters high. Hire for £125.00

Fairy Lights, Rose and Greenery Garland

Rose and greenery garland wrapped around the top bannisters (both sides of the stairs) in the Elgar Suite at the Abbey Hotel, these run the whole length of the banisters apart from the hand rails on the stairs. Complete with beautiful warm white fairy lights. Hire £60

Ceiling Fairy Lights
